My Torbay is changing to improve our digital services. You will need to set up a NEW account and create a new password to access your accounts. Create your account Once you have created your new account you will need to link other services (e.g. Council Tax, Business Rates, etc)
If you a reporting a change or error with your Council Tax Account details - you can report this on a different form (below) forms.torbay.gov.uk/ContactCTax
Please make sure you have entered the correct email address. If you think you may have entered the wrong email address then please register again using the correct email. You will be able to use the same password previously used. If the correct email has been entered please check your junk or spam folder. The activation emails are sent from no-reply@torbay.gov.uk and sometimes your email provider will think our emails are junk mail or spam and send it there instead of your inbox. If you discover that our emails are being marked as junk or spam mail you can add the email address no-reply@torbay.gov.uk to your address book, this can sometimes help prevent this from happening. If you have checked the email and the junk and spam folders and you are still are not receiving our email please contact your email provider for assistance.

If you cannot remember your password we will send you a password reset email to the email address that you use to log into your account. This will give you easy instructions on how to create a new password. To reset your password use the forgotten password service.

To access a service for the first time, you need to add it to your account. This will ensure that you are able to access the correct information, such as your Council Tax or Business Rates accounts, without having to enter your information each time you log on. To add a service please use the ‘Add a service’ section on your account home page. In some cases to add a service you may be asked for more information such as your name and address, account or reference numbers, your date of birth or other information. If you have not already provided this information you will need to have it handy.
