Please note that Torbay Council telephone number will show as number withheld.

Until 31 March, 2016 all requests for monthly instalments must be paid on the 25th of each month, this is so an April 2016 payment can be included.

Please make sure you tell your bank you would like to cancel your Direct Debit.

If you wish to pay monthly, the first payment date but be within the next calendar month.

Please note, at certain times of the year, we may not be able to process your request before the date you select but we will always try to meet your request.

This must be paid at the post office. Please take your bill with you.

Please make cheques payable to Torbay Council and write your account number on the reverse. If you would like a receipt please also send a stamped address envelope.

Debit cards incur no additional costs but there is a 2% surcharge for credit cards. You can either pay online or by telephone on the 24 hour payment line 08453 721276, please make sure you quote your Council Tax account number.

An online mandate needs to be completed. A link to this will be given after you submit this form.

You will need to complete a standing order form and send this to your bank. A link to this will be given after you have submitted this form. A new form must be completed each year if you want to continue to pay by standing order.
