You must continue to pay your existing bill while you are waiting for any changes to be made. If you don’t you may get a reminder.
Please continue to complete the form and we will send you a new bill in April.
If you have received a final notice or court summons you can't make any changes to how or when you pay your bill. You should read the information on Behind or struggling with your payments.
As you can’t clear all the council tax you owe by 31 March 2024, you can ask us to make an arrangement. You can do this by completing a financial assessment form

You can pay your bill online or by telephone on the 24 hour payment line 0300 456 0506 with a debit or credit card. Please make sure you quote your council tax account number.
If you would like to set up a standing order or your bank allows you to access your bank account by phone or internet the details you will need are; Sort Code: 55-70-01 Account Number: 06040411 Name: Torbay Council Council tax account reference
You can pay by cash, cheque or debit card at any bank, Post Office or at your local shop that displays a Payzone sign. Please take your bill with you.
