Marriage and civil partnership ceremony bookings

A booking fee will be required once your date has been confirmed to be available. An e-mail will be sent to you with how to make payment
Cancellation 12 weeks or more before the date of the ceremony – the customer is entitled to a refund of certificates ordered and the full ceremony fee
Cancellation 6 to 12 weeks before the date of the ceremony – the customer is entitled to a refund of certificates ordered and 50% of the full ceremony fee
Cancellation 6 weeks or less before the date of the ceremony – the customer is entitled to a refund of the certificates ordered only
We cannot guarantee that your preferred date and time will be available
It is your responsibility to make sure that the legal preliminaries (you both give notice) are completed correctly and within the statutory time limits
After we have confirmed the date and time of your ceremony we advise that you give notice as soon as possible

Naming, renewal of vows and commitment ceremonies

A non-refundable booking fee of £90 must be paid at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the final fee due
We cannot guarantee that your preferred date and time will be available, if we are unable to agree a date and time the £90 booking fee will be refunded

Information collected and processed by us complies and is stored in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act, 1998. The information you have provided will be used and shared only for the purpose for which it’s collected. The information will not be shared with third parties, however in certain circumstances we may need to disclose information to third parties such as the police or the Department for Work and Pension as required by applicable legislation or for the prevention and detection of crime.
