If you have previously requested a container but it has not yet been delivered please call TOR2 on 01803 701316 to report this. Do not use this form unless you are making a new request.
In all cases waste containers are for collection of household waste materials by TOR2 only and should not be requested for any other purpose.
Recycling boxes, food boxes, nets and food caddy boxes, can be ordered by the type of container below

If you require a replacement or additional waste container for non-recyclable waste you will need to apply directly to TOR2 using one of the following forms. The completed form should be returned to TOR2 using the details shown on the form.
Please Note: TOR2 currently do not have any small wheelie bins.
Domestic waste containers i.e. wheelie bins or seagull proof bags are provided for non-recyclable waste only. Wheelie bins are only available in areas where wheelie bin collections are currently made.
You are only allowed one domestic waste container per household unless there are 6 or more people living in the household.
If you request a communal waste container, TOR2 will contact you to discuss the appropriate type of container.
Additional wheelie cannot be ordered unless there are 6 or more people in the household
Seagull sacks can only be exchange for a wheelie bin if your property is in an area where wheelie bin collections take place.
Your damaged container must be placed outside your property for exchange with the replacement container. Please add details of the type of damage to the notes below
Sharps boxes are available for disposal of any syringes and other sharp objects used for healthcare.
Sharps collections are done each Monday. Any request for collection must be submitted before 10.30am on the Thursday before the Monday collection date. Requests received after this will usually be scheduled for collection on the following Monday.
