This form should be completed if you would like to book a date, time and venue for a Registrar to conduct a marriage, civil partnership, renewal of vows or a naming ceremony. You could have your ceremony in The Register Office at Cockington Court or any one of the many prestigious venues that are licensed to hold these events across the bay. Each property has been individually and carefully inspected and approved as suitable for civil ceremonies. Wherever the civil ceremony is held, it will still be conducted by staff from the local Register Office.
If you would like to hold your ceremony at any venue other than the Register Office, you need to make a provisional booking with the venue of your choice before completing this form. Booking for ceremonies may be made for 12 months in advance. Please note we require at least 4 weeks notice of a ceremony.

Please note we can only accept provisional booking from one of the partners (wedding, civil ceremony, renewal of vows) or the parent/guardian of the child (naming ceremony).

Please select the type of event

Please note, the actual fees payable will depend on the booking you make. Fees are subject to change but you will be notified if you have already made a booking.
