Please describe clearly the nature and location of the development at the land/ property you wish Officers from this department to investigate (e.g a single storey side extension on Northern elevation of property or erection outbuilding along rear boundary of property). If you consider that works have not been carried out in accordance with approved plans, please can you clearly specify which aspects of the development in your opinion do not comply with the approved details (e.g insertion of additional window in ground floor on western elevation of property or it is considered that the height of the roof of the outbuilding erected on the western boundary of the site is higher than that shown on the approved plans on planning application reference P/…).

It may speed up the response to your complaint if you are able to provide as much information as possible, including a photograph of the alleged breach, but only include a photograph if it does not put you at any risk.
