Overseas Pension

Residents of Torbay who are in receipt of a pension from another country are obliged to fill in a form annually to prove that they are alive in order to continue to receive their pension The form needs to be verified. This needs to be done during an appointment at our Torquay Town Hall.

Appointments are in our Torquay Town Hall and are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 2.30pm and 4pm

The deadline for appointments is noon on Friday of the proceeding week.

You must bring photo ID and proof of residency with them (for both if a couple)
