An application will not be considered unless evidence is provided of the organisation’s financial position. The council will consider additional information if it is relevant to your application.

No award shall be made where it appears to the Council, that the proprietor of the business has failed to exercise due diligence that may give rise to hardship, financial; or otherwise, and/or to put in place measures to prevent or mitigate the payment of their Rateable Charge.
