We request that a minimum of 7 days’ notice be provided to enable us to arrange for a Park Ranger to attend the landing.

If you need to make a booking for a landing within the next 7 days then please contact us by calling 01803 207797 so that we can ensure resources are available.

Applications within 48 hours of the proposed landing time will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Overstaying of pre-booked time will result in additional charges at the advertised rate.

Submission of this application form does not automatically ensure approval of the landing and if rejected a full refund will be given.

The information you have provided on this form will be used to deal your request by the relevant department. We may pass your details on to contracted third party service providers. We will store a copy of your completed request as a backup for 12 months.
