It Is the responsibility of the property owner to remove the graffiti. The Community Safety team have no powers to enforce the removal of graffiti from private property. Each case is assessed and prioritised based on a range of risk factors, so that resources are directed at the areas with the highest risk. However we do monitor all information given to us and use it to inform the wider concerns which may exist.
