You might be required to bring the food item in with its original packaging and receipt to Torquay Town Hall.
Please keep perishable food refrigerated or frozen and do not put the food in a place where further deterioration or contamination could take place (e.g. near other foods). Leave any ‘foreign object’ in the food and do not handle it.
