The payment made on this form is non-refundable unless the licence is refused.

I understand that I must:

Hold a certificate demonstrating competent knowledge of Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual
Have a minimum Public Liability insurance of £5,000,000
Ensure items deposited on the public highway are coned, lamped and guarded and conform to current legislation and these items will not cause unnecessary obstruction to traffic
Submit this application at least ten working days’ before work commences
Not start work until I have been granted a licence
