The payment made on this form is non-refundable unless the bay is refused

If you have answered any questions incorrectly you will not be eligible for a disabled bay and your payment will be refunded to you in due course.

We may remove the bay at any time, for any reason

When parking in the bay I will display my Blue Badge at all times.
Even though I am paying for the bay it is not reserved solely for my use.
