Please note if you pay by Direct Debit, we require 14 working days notice prior to your payment date to process your request. If your request cannot be processed in time for the next due date, the payments will be adjusted for the following months.
If you pay by Standing Order, you will also need to contact your bank to advise them of this change.

If you need to provide any documents to support your claim, these can be sent to Torbay Council, Town Hall, Torquay, TQ1 3DR. Alternatively, you can bring these into any Connections Office. Please note, we will not be able to process your request without the documents requested. If a visit is required to your property, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment.
