The reasons you give should be like these examples:
  • You have said I am earning £150.00 per week but I only earn £125.00

  • I claimed on May 1st 2012 but you have only paid me from June 1st 2012

  • I disagree that I have been overpaid because I told you that I had started work

Once you have submitted this form it will be received by Torbay Council Revenue & Benefits department who aim to reply to your appeal within 2 months.

If you have not received a reply by then, you may make an appeal direct to the Valuation Tribunal (although you might want to check the progress of your appeal with us first).
